This seems like a career-limiting approach

Now, I may not know a lot, but I’m pretty sure that suing the internet is not a viable long-term branding strategy.

Carreon has a trademark on his own name, when used for legal services, so when he sued Matthew Inman, donation collection site Indiegogo, the National Wildlife Federation, and the American Cancer Society .

Suing the American Cancer Society is pretty lame too.  So, good luck with that.  Let us know how it works out for you.

edit: see also.  Carreon may well be correct that FunnyJunk can claim DMCA safe-harbor protection from liability for infringing user-generated postings on its site… but that doesn’t mean those posts don’t infringe on Oatmeal’s copyright.
